3. What data is collected when using the website?

3.1 Server Log Files

In connection with your access, data is stored on our servers for security purposes, which may allow identification (e.g. IP address, date, time and pages viewed, browser type and version).

This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 f) to protect our legitimate interests, in particular maintaining the functionality of the website, to ward off attacks or to enforce legal claims.

The data collected in this way is stored exclusively on the systems of our contract data processors (web hosts) for a period of seven days. Our contract data processors process this data exclusively according to our instructions and are contractually bound to data secrecy.

A transfer to third parties or to a third country and merging with other personal data does not take place.

There is no personal utilization.

 

4. What are your rights?

You have the following rights in accordance with Art. 13 (2) lit. b) – f):

Every data subject has the right to information in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, to correction in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, to deletion in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, to restriction of processing in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, to data portability in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR and to object Art. 21 GDPR, right to information and deletion with the restrictions according to §§ 34 and 35 BDSG.

There is also the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority in accordance with Article 77 GDPR.

Finally, you can revoke the consent you have given us at any time with effect for the future, Art. 21 Para. 1 GDPR. Processing based on the declaration of consent is still permitted until revocation.

 

5. Do you have to provide data?

With the exception of the data mentioned in 3.1, you do not have to provide us with any further personal data. The website can be used without providing any further data.

Accordingly, automated decision-making does not take place.
