We introduce!
New staff, educators and housekeepers enrich our Kitas
We welcome some new staff members to the Rainbowtrekkers and would like to introduce them briefly here.
They are all “seasoned” professionals who will strengthen our teams.
Since the beginning of February, Elke Bretschneider has been strengthening our team in Widdersdorf as a full-time specialist. Elke has many years of experience as a trained nursery nurse and, after her second training as an educator, has also successfully worked as a licensed exercise instructor B in the field of movement education for toddlers and preschoolers.
We are very happy that Elke is supporting our team in Widdersdorf so energetically and would like to take this opportunity to welcome her once again! Here’s to a good cooperation, dear Elke!
Celine Hellbach has also been a member of our team in Widdersdorf since February 2022. Celine is a trained experiential educator and is studying for her Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work at the University of Siegen.
We are very happy that Celine supports us so energetically and hope that she will feel comfortable with us for a long time. Welcome again dear Celine!
Our Widdersdorf team has also been actively supported by Christina Hertel since 01.03.2022. She has many years of experience in various bilingual areas of daycare and school. She looked after a bilingual U3 group in Italy (Milan) in German and Italian and also worked for 2 years in a bilingual day care centre in Cologne. With her profile she fits perfectly to the rainbowtrekkers.
We are especially happy to have gained such a dedicated employee. We would like to take this opportunity to welcome Christina!
We would like to take this opportunity to once again welcome Sonja Breuer to our team in Widdersdorf as of 01.03.2022. Sonja has many years of experience as an educator and curative teacher. She was the group leader of an inclusive group for a long time and has a broad background through numerous further training courses in the areas of psychomotricity, autism further training and edu-kinesthetics, from which we benefit greatly as an inclusive day care centre.
We are extremely happy to work with such an experienced colleague and welcome you, dear Sonja, to our team.
Nicole Schürmann has also been part of the team in Widdersdorf since 15.03.2022. After many years of professional experience as a geriatric nurse, she has been working as a social worker and coordination specialist in the outpatient children’s and youth hospice service in Cologne since 2017. With her B.A. degree in social work in 2019, she paved the way for extended child and youth work and we are extremely happy to have gained such an experienced specialist for the rainbowtrekkers.
We would like to take this opportunity to welcome Nicole once again!
Since the beginning of March 2022, our team in Junkersdorf has gained a new good soul in the area of housekeeping in the person of Gabi Schmitz. Gabi is a trained housekeeper and cook and has already passed through many stations in her long professional life. Most recently, she worked at various locations for the Diakonie Michaelshoven Cologne before deciding to “look after” the housekeeping of our day care team in Junkersdorf.
Dear Gabi, we are very happy to have you with us.
