New Head of Department of Pedagogy and Quality
I am happy to welcome our new colleague Tobias Teppe. Mr.Teppe has assumed responsibility for the areas of quality and pedagogical supervision at administration level since this month.
In the successor of Leonie Meier, he will continue to work on our quality manual and further develop rainbowtrekkers into certified educational top daycare centers.
Tobias Teppe is a trained educator and has been working professionally in the kindergarten sector since the mid-1990s, including many years as a kindergarten principal for several houses with different organizations. He is a certified daycare manager, social manager and consultant.
Most recently, Tobias Teppe was the regional manager of the AWO in Neuss, where he was responsible for the supervision of 12 daycare centers.
